Is tax included in the price of the product?

If you live in Taiwan, mainland China, or Hong Kong, tax is already included in the price of the product. If you live outside this area, you may have to pay import tax or customs fees depending on your country's regulations.

How can I confirm that payment has been successful?

After you have placed an order with us, you should receive two emails: an order confirmation and a payment confirmation. The order confirmation verifies the details of your order, and the payment confirmation verifies that you have successfully paid for the products. If you do not receive BOTH emails within 30 minutes of your order, please check your spam folder. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at service@kidspero.com

How can I check the status of my order?

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel. You can check the shipment information using this tracking number on the shipping company's website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

There are a number of variables in fulfilling and shipping orders, including processing time, destination, and shipping companies. In general, most orders ship to Asia within 1 week, and to Europe and the U.S. within 2 weeks. If your online status is "sent" or the status hasn't changed for an extended period of time, please contact the shipping company or contact us at info@kidspero.com to resolve the issue.

Can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving it. The product must be in new condition, with no damages. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs if you choose to return a product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have placed an order, but the order has not yet shipped, you can still modify the order. To make modifications, you can email us at sercice@kidspero.com. In the email, please include your name, the order number, and the modifications you'd like to make.

If I choose to cancel or return a product, when will I receive my refund?

If you cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you will receive your refund within 15 days of the date you cancelled the order. If you return the product (in new condition,) you will be refunded within 15 days after we've received the return. You will be refunded using the same method as your original payment.

What should I do if my package has been damaged during shipping?

We guarantee that our products are in new condition and undamaged before shipping. If you see any damage on the parcel upon delivery, please refuse to accept it from the shipping company. Then, report the issue to us at service@kidspero.com There is a one year warranty for all of our products. If you have an issue with our products within this time frame, please send us an email with photos and a description of the problem to service@kidspero.com.

What is your warranty policy?

This guarantee only applies to car seats and strollers purchased on our website. The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of the invoice. The guarantee covers issues caused by quality and manufacturing, but not issues caused by damage or misuse. The guarantee does not cover the following situations: Damage or misuse caused by not following the manual. The products has been damaged or modified by you or another party.
